A selection of pictures taken of Charlotte and Wilfred on what started out as a rain soaked day, So the initial pictures were all taken in doors using portable studio gear, then when the sun came out a few quick outdoor pictures were taken.

All in all a good set of pictures, even if Wilfred wore a Chelsea shirt for some ;p…

All taken using portable studio gear so I can go and visit people to take the pictures.

Typical, this year we had loads of nice snow. The times when I wanted to be out taking pictures I was stuck at work. By the time I had time to take pictures the weather was no good for taking the pictures I wanted, it was all low clouds and no view of the sky.

The pictures here were taken about a year ago, Jan 2009. We had a thick overnight hoarfrost which result in some amazing views. This time I had some time to get out and get a few pictures before it started to melt away. All taken on the Golf course in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The pictures were all taken within 30mins of each other as the sun started to break thru after the frozen start to the day.

Got to take a few of a couple of friends recently as they hadn’t had pictures taken of just the two of them for a loooong time.  All the pictures were taken with a black background as requested and then just a few different poses mixed in with a few fun picture to break up the more serious ones.

All in all a fun set of pictures resulting in a number of nice A4 prints to hang on the walls.

They loved the above picture. reallly.

The next few pictures were taken over a few different days. Trying out different things in backgrounds, poses and clothes. Again this was close to Xmas so a few funny props were used. All in all a LOT of pictures were taken and I would be happy to upload 50+ that I liked, for most of them they both smiled giggled and pulled silly faces enjoying it :)

But a few nice serious pictures were taken so it all worked out well in the end…

The background I used meant I wasn’t able to do full length shots, but decided to focus on top 3/4 photos and head shots. I had borrowed a reversible backdrop, white on one side and black on the other to make the switching from high/low Key photos.

The first two are not edited to remove the corner vignetting but you get the idea. (me being lazy)

Next was a fun photo, it was close to Xmas so Santa and  reindeer had to come out. Reindeer wasn’t happy….

Next a few wet hair looks, one posed and one more of an action shot, hair flying as the head is turned quickly……

Megan with slightly damp hair.trying to get both eyes visible here to keep full eye contact thru the wet hair, it worked.

Lastly a quiet thinking shot.

The pictures below are from two different photo sessions, Summer and then just before Christmas.

The first set are of Tia working, and enjoying the outside life. Taken while she races around newly cut fields chasing after a dummy, in retriever mode.

Tongue out, tired from running around the field, but had such fun doing it…

Running at fully speed after the dummy which was thrown over my head as I lay on the straw. Nice little action shot…

The next set are part of a set done for Xmas cards and probably not what Tia would like to be doing, but it was cold out and the fire was warm…..

Can you beat sitting in front of a nice warm fire when snow was on the ground outside….

Posing for the Xmas cards, I think she was starting to enjoy it towards the end.. sat there posing for a long time.
